Recently, a local goat cheese shop has opened in our little town of Elkmont! It's called Belle Chèvre and they specialize in making artisan cheeses as well as selling other local artisans' honey, bread, and coffee. It's been featured in Southern Living's Hottest 100 List and they commissioned ME to do their chalkboard menus!! How cool?!

New Pet Portraits
I had a customer who asked me to paint ALL of her furry family members. It was a uniquely challenging project because I had five different dog breeds to paint along with one cat! Lots of hard work, but very rewarding to witness the finished product.

The Perfect Day
A bride after my own heart. I can totally appreciate a woman who includes her four legged counter parts on her wedding day! I had so much fun painting this portrait, I was almost sad when it was finished. :)

Ink Sketches
I've recently fallen in love with ink!! It allows me to portray the realism of the photograph while enjoying the whimsical nature of my artistic style.
"My Old Kentucky Home"
16x20" acrylic on canvas
A close friend of mine asked me to paint her something that would remind her of home. She said all she wanted was it to have an RC Cola and a Moon Pie somewhere in the painting. Since I'm from Kentucky too, I understood exactly what she meant. So I created an old store front with a sleeping dog. Home sweet home....
